Dean Brunner Rentals recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic has put stress and strain on many people. We hope you and your families are safe and healthy. 

In an effort to assist in getting rent installments and security deposits made from wherever you are, we are offering an electronic payment option for a 2.5% convenience fee that will allow you to pay all or just your portion of the rent or security deposit that is due. If you opt to pay by credit card, the convenience fee will be applied and MUST be included in the payment. If you do not pay the convenience fee, the amount paid will be applied with the convenience fee deducted, thereby leaving a portion of your rent unpaid and deemed late. 

You may still send in a check, but only one check will be accepted per unit (per the lease agreement).
